The Major in Food Management is offered by the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences in collaboration with the Department of Social Sciences and the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Brescia University College. The Major is designed specifically for students who wish to use their Honors Specialization or Specialization in Foods and Nutrition to pursue careers in Food Management. This module is comprised of 6.0 required courses, one of which may be double-counted from the Honors Specialization or Specialization.

To combine this Major with an Honors Specialization or Specialization will require careful planning and may, in some cases, require one or two courses beyond the normal 20.0 for the degree. Students should meet with the Academic Counsellors and/or the Chair of the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences for appropriate selection of courses.
