BACHELOR OF MUSIC WITH HONORS IN PERFORMANCE (ORGAN)

For admission to this program, applicants must demonstrate a performance level of at least a Conservatory Grade X standard in organ, as well as evidence of exceptional performing ability.
Second Year
Music 2635A/B, 2636A/B, 2649A/B, 2650A/B, 2710F/G, 2711F/G, 2921.
Ensemble: One, or more, of Music 2901, 2902, 2903, 2904, 2905, 2906, 2910, 2911, 2912, 2913.
Two full-courses or equivalent, at least one of which must be from a Faculty other than Music.
Third Year
Music 3921, 3926,3955, 3956Y.
Ensemble: One, or more, of Music 3901, 3902, 3903, 3904, 3905, 3906, 3910, 3911, 3912, 3913.
One half music history or theory course in 20th-century music, normally selected from Music 2629, 2695A/B, 2700A/B, 2701A/B, 2702A/B, 3630A/B, 3640, 3649A/B, 3650A/B, 3695, 3705A/B, 3706A/B, 3730A/B, 3731A/B, 3732A/B, 3733A/B, 3734A/B, 3735A/B, 3736A/B, 3752A/B, 3754A/B, 3760A/B, 4733A/B, or other 20th-century courses which may be offered in a given year, with departmental permission.
One full-course or equivalent from any Faculty.
Fourth Year
Music 4921, 4926.
Ensemble: One, or more, of Music 4901, 4902, 4903, 4904, 4905, 4906, 4910, 4911, 4912, 4913.
Two full-courses or equivalent from the Faculty of Music.
One full-course or equivalent from any Faculty.
Note: Selection of Music 2830 and 3831 as Music electives in third and fourth year will give the program a concentration in Church Music.
Electives in third or fourth year must include one full Music course from a department other than the Department of Music Performance Studies.
