Admission Requirements
Completion of first-year requirements, including Economics 1020 with a grade of at least 60%. Students who fail to meet the 60% in Economics 1020 may take a Minor module if they have a grade of at least 60% in each of Economics 2150A/B and 2152A/B. (Students should note the mathematics requirements for some the courses required in the module.)
Module
5.0 Courses:
2.0 courses: Economics 2150A/B, 2151A/B, 2152A/B, 2153A/B.
1.0 course: Economics designated as “F” or “G”.
2.0 additional courses in Economics at the 2100 level one of which is Economics 2122A/B.
Students may replace Economics 2122A/B with Statistical Sciences 2035 to fulfill the statistics requirement of the module. However, Economics 2122A/B must be replaced with another 0.5 course in Economics at the 2100 level.
Students enrolled in a Minor in Economics and a module in Statistic and Actuarial Science must replace Economics 2122A/B with another 0.5 course in Economics at the 2100 level. Statistical Sciences 2858B may be used as the prerequisite for Economics 2123A/B.
