| Description: Topics include controversial environmental issues of current interest including global warming, hazardous waste, ozone depletion, endangered species, air and water quality, and deforestation. Classes will involve an introduction to the topics, and interactive discussion of the pros and cons of action on the issues. | Antirequisite(s): The former Environmental Science 021a/b. | Prerequisite(s): An OAC average (or equivalent entering average from other systems) of at least 85%.
