An analysis of Canadian social welfare programs, existing social policies, their antecedents, and service delivery systems on national and local levels. An analytic framework will be developed. |
| Antirequisites: The former Social Work 210 and 270. |
| Prerequisites: Social Work 020, 204, and 205 or equivalent. |
| 3 hours, half course. |
