The Faculty offers four graduate programs, including the Master of Arts in Journalism, the Master of Library and Information Science, the PhD in Library and Information Science and the Master of Arts in Media Studies. For complete information on these programs, please contact the Faculty for the relevant graduate calendar, or refer to the Faculty's website at www.fims.uwo.ca The Faculty offers several undergraduate programs in Media, Information and Technoculture (MIT) including: three-year or four-year Bachelor of Arts in MIT, four-year Bachelor of Arts Honors in MIT, four-year Bachelor of Arts Combined Honors in MIT and another approved subject and a Western/Fanshawe Collaborative Program in Media Theory and Production. These programs are multidisciplinary and are intended for students who want an opportunity to engage critically with questions that arise at the intersection of information, media, culture, and learning technologies. In addition to a required core of courses, students may select courses in which issues related to information technologies are illuminated by the perspectives, methodologies, and knowledge bases of a number of different disciplines.
