Admission Requirements
Completion of first-year requirements, including 1.0 Women's Studies course at the 1000 level (either GSWS 1020E or any two of GSWS 1021F/G, GSWS 1022F/G, GSWS 1023F/G, and GSWS 1024F/G) with a mark of at least 60%, or permission of the Department.
Students beginning Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies after first year may substitute GSWS 2240F/G or the former Women's Studies 2250E in place of GSWS 1020E and take it concurrently with their second-year courses.

1.0 course: GSWS 3324F/G and GSWS 3173F/G.
1.0 additional course in Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies at the 2000 level or above, chosen in consultation with the Department.
A student may apply to the Department for approval to substitute 1.0 course from another department provided that the course is relevant to the student's Minor in Feminist, Queer, and Critical Race Theory.
