This course will focus on the fundamentals of flute, oboe, bassoon, clarinet, and saxophone pedagogy, with an emphasis placed on the remediation of common performance problems experienced by beginning and intermediate level students. Salient repertoire and pedagogical resources for class instruction will be also examined.
