RIGHTS IN CANADA


This course explores the historical and political context in which Human Rights are recognized as a discourse in Canadian society. It examines the complexity of human rights and the contradictory forces which have led to successes and failures in protecting minorities in this country.

Prerequisites(s): 0.5 essay course at the first year level in any discipline.
