Effective September 1, 2011, admission to the Major in Statistics module in the Faculty of Science has been discontinued. Students enrolled in the module prior to September 1, 2011 are permitted to continue with the understanding that they must complete the requirements prior to September 2015; and, that effective September 1, 2015, the module will be withdrawn and all registration discontinued.
Admission Requirements
Completion of first-year requirements, including the following:
(Calculus 1000A/B or Calculus 1100A/B) and (Calculus 1501A/B or
(Calculus 1301A/B with a mark of at least 85%)), Statistical Sciences 1023A/B, Mathematics 1600A/B or the former Linear Algebra 1600A/B, plus 1.0 other principal course with no mark less than 60% in any of the 3.0 principal courses.
