Notes:
- NALSAR students will be admitted into the Western LLM, contingent upon satisfaction of the full entry requirements.
- NALSAR students will complete 24 credit hours to receive the Western LLM.
- Students must be in good standing throughout the duration of the program.
- Students will be charged international student fees for their final terms at UWO.
- Western LLM funding is available to students in this dual-credential degree program if they meet the criteria.
LLM/M.Phil Program for Western Law Students
Begin at Western for LLM degree (1-year degree = 12 months) and then to NALSAR for M.Phil (1-year degree)

Notes:
- NALSAR’s M.Phil admission test requirement will be waived for Western students, as they will have successfully completed a thesis-based LLM worth 24 credits at the post-graduate level.
- Students must be in good standing throughout the duration of the program.
Once admitted into the Dual-Credential Degree Program, students will be required to meet the academic progression requirements of the school that they are attending. Similarly, students will have to comply with the student code of conduct and academic integrity requirements of that school.
Administration
Each institution will appoint a faculty member to serve as the Coordinator of the Dual-Credential Degree Program. The Coordinators will be responsible for admission decisions and the on-going operation of the Dual-Credential Degree Program.
Tuition
NALSAR students in the first year of the LLM/LLM program will pay tuition to NALSAR. In their second year at Western, they will pay tuition to UWO at the same level as its other international students.
Western students in the first year of the LLM/M.Phil program will pay tuition to Western at the same level as other students. In the second year of the program, Western students will pay tuition to NALSAR at the same level as its other students.
