Admission Requirements

Completion of first-year requirements with no failures. Students must have an average of at least 70% in 3.0 principal courses, including in Centre for Global Studies 1023F/G plus 2.5 additional courses, with no mark in these principal courses below 60%. Students should note the language requirement for graduation in this module when selecting first year courses.

0.5 course from: Centre for Global Studies 2003F/G, 2004F/G.
1.0 courses: Centre for Global Studies 3001F/G, 3516F/G.
0.5 course from: Centre for Global Studies 3002F/G, 3003F/G, 3004A/B.
1.0 course in Centre for Global Studies at the 4000-4999 level.
3.5 courses from: Centre for Global Studies 2003F/G, 2004F/G, 3100E, 3101F/G, 3201F/G, 3202F/G, 3508F/G, 3509F/G, 3512F/G -3515F/G, 3523F/G–3525F/G; Political Science 2231E.
2.0 Arts or Social Science courses at the 2200 level or above. The courses taken to meet this requirement must have global development studies content and receive prior approval from the Centre.
