Admission Requirements
Registration in the Concurrent Mathematics and Education program. (See the listing under the Department of Mathematics.)
Declaration of a Faculty of Education approved Second Teaching Subject. Completion of 1.0 course in the Second Teaching Subject is highly recommended.
With an approved Specialization module: a minimum average of 70% from first-year courses with no mark less than 50%.
With an approved Honors Specialization module: a minimum average of 70% from first-year courses with no mark less than 60%.
Completion and acceptance of a Faculty of Education Concurrent Program Experience Profile.
Module
5.0 courses: Education 2200E, 2401B, 3402B, 4405B, 4403A/B, and completion of course requirements for the Second Teaching Subject, normally 2.0 courses to coincide with another 1.0 course in the Second Teaching Subject achieved outside of the Minor module. The 3.0 credits in the Second Teaching Subject must have a minimum average of 70% with no mark less than 50%.

Education 2401B: Practicum I (Educ 2401B) Corequisite: Students must be enrolled in the second year of the concurrent program at UWO. Students must timetable one full day free each week in term two for this in-school-practicum.
