The Office of the Ombudsperson is available to all members of the University Community.
The office, jointly funded by the University and the University Students' Council, investigates student complaints of unfair treatment, and provides advice and information about appeal processes and how to resolve problems in the university. All meetings with the Ombudsperson are confidential.
