In addition to the modules listed below, the Department of Medical Biophysics participates in the Medical Sciences modules, and in several of the modules offered by the Department of Biology. (See MEDICAL SCIENCES and BIOLOGY listings.) Most undergraduate Medical Biophysics courses are also open to students in Physical or Mathematical Sciences. Medical Biophysics 302E, 303E, 330F, 331G, 333F, and 335G are available to qualified students in Year 2.

The Science/BMSc Internship Program includes a series of preparatory sessions, an 8-16 month practical career-related experience in an employment setting, and a post-internship component. All students enrolled in the 3rd year of a 4-year undergraduate Science or Basic Medical Science Honors Specialization, Specialization, or in a Major + Major combination [where at least one of the Majors is in Science or Basic Medical Science] or students who are enrolled in the 3rd year of a 4-year BSc or BMSc, or BSc (Hons) or BMSc (Hons) program, are eligible to enrol in the Science/BMSc Internship Program, if they satisfy the eligibility requirements.

As of May 1 2006, registration in second year of BMSc degrees is limited and competitive. As of May 1 2007, registration in second and third years of BMSc degrees wil be limited and competitive. As of May 1 2008, registration in second, third, and fourth years of BMSc degrees will be limited and competitive. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee registration in BMSc degrees.
