Admission Requirements

Completion of first-year requirements with no course grade less than 60% on a full course load. Students must have an average of at least 70% in 5.0 course load and 70% in 4.0 principal courses, with no mark in these principal courses below 60%, including: Kinesiology 080a/b and 088a/b; Physiology 021; and 2.0 courses from: Biology 022 or 023; Chemistry 020 or 023; Mathematics 030 or 031 or 1.0 course from Calculus 050a/b, 051a/b, 081a/b, 091a/b, Linear Algebra 040a/b, or Mathematics 028a/b, 060a/b; Statistical Sciences 024a/b; Physics 020 or 024 or 028a/b and 029a/b; Computer Science 025a/b or 026a/b, 027a/b.

Note: The Honors Specialization in Kinesiology - BSc is a limited enrolment program. More competitive academic standing may be required when demand exceeds enrolment capacity. Admission to the module is restricted to students registered in the School of Kinesiology.

2.0 course from: Kinesiology 202q/r/s/t - 224q/r/s/t, 302q/r/s/t - 322q/r/s/t, Dance 275a/b, 276a/b, 277a/b [A minimum/maximum of four Physical Activity quarter-course (or equivalent) must be selected in each of second and third year]
