AREA OF CONCENTRATION
A mark of 60% or higher in Geography 020E or 021 is required. In addition, at least five full or equivalent senior courses in Geography numbered 100 or above including at least one full or equivalent senior designated essay course. Students are encouraged to develop an area of interest within Geography directed towards such fields as physical geography, resource management, urban development and planning, economic geography, and regional and international studies. Students planning to apply for admission to honors programs should note that they may not count courses in Geography at the 100-level toward the requirements of honors programs in Geography.
