4.5 courses: Health Sciences 202F/G, 203a/b, 204F/G, 205a/b, 207a/b, 282, 303a/b, 305a/b, and 306a/b, (or the former Health Sciences 201) 0.5 course: Health Sciences 341a/b or 345a/b (or the former Health Sciences 305a/b) 4.0 courses at the 200-level or above in Health Sciences.
