This honors module builds on the Major module in Chemistry, and allows a student to specialize in a particular area of chemistry. This module includes Chemistry 490E, an independent research project in which the student works in one of the research laboratories in the Department of Chemistry, typically during the final year of study.
Admission Requirements
Completion of first-year requirements with no failures. Students must have an average of at least 70% in 3.0 principal courses, with no mark in these principal courses below 60%, including:
