Western Law offers students many unique learning experiences including the opportunity to participate in one of several exciting exchange programs. Course selection is subject to approval by the Associate Dean (Academic) and credit is awarded on a pass/fail basis. Application for any of the exchange programs is made in January of the preceding academic year.
Building on its long-standing exchange programs with both Université Laval in Québec City and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, the Faculty of Law at Western has developed many new partnerships with law schools around the world.
Students who would like to study for a term on exchange may choose from law schools in Australia, France, The United States, Hong Kong, Mexico, Spain, Sweden, New Zealand, The Netherlands, India, Singapore, and Québec City.
