ADMISSION FROM OTHER CANADIAN PROVINCES
Students in Canadian secondary schools outside Ontario are eligible for admission to first year on the basis of Senior Matriculation. Enrolment in first year is limited and admission to Western is competitive. Early provisional offers of admission to applicants from Canadian provinces other than Ontario will be based on interim grades. Applicants must meet both Western's admission requirements and those of a university in their home province. If Grade 12 is presented as Senior Matriculation, a minimum "B" average is required for admission consideration. Upgrading in certain subject areas, particularly mathematics, may be required during first year to satisfy the admission or progression requirements of specific programs.
