Course Description

MME 234a/b Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer and Dynamics

To provide the student with an understanding of basic dynamics of particles and rigid bodies and the application of basic concepts of Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer.

Antirequisite: MME 204a/b, MME 213a/b, the former 234a/b, 214b.

Prerequisites: Applied Mathematics 026, ES 022a/b

Corequisite: Applied Mathematics 276
