CEE 458a/b Risk Analysis and Decision Making in Engineering

Engineering systems are analyzed using probability theory and statistics to evaluate system performance under uncertainty. Risk based methods are used to make decisions under uncertainty.

Antirequisites: The former ES 458a/b.

Prerequisite: Completion of third year of Engineering program or permission of the department and Statistical Sciences 241a/b.
