Approved Combinations: Anthropology, Classical Studies, Comparative Literature and Culture, Economics, English, Film Studies, French, German, Greek, History, Latin, Linguistics, Media, Information and Technoculture, Philosophy, Political Science, Religious Studies, Russian, Spanish, Visual Arts, or Women's Studies.
First Year
Second, Third and Fourth Years
The former Sociology 230 or Sociology 240E, or 270a/b and 271a/b, the former Sociology 231 or Sociology 205a/b and 206a/b, 300a/b, 302a/b, 404F/G. One of Sociology 232 (or the former 232E), 233 (or 234E), 237, or 239. In addition, students in joint honors must take three other half-courses in Sociology. All three half-courses must be at the 200- level or above and at least one must be at the 300-400 level. It is expected that students will take these courses at Western.
