Admission Requirements
First year program in the Faculty Arts and Humanities or Faculty of Social Science with three courses as principal courses. The principal courses must include those specified as first year requirements in each of the subjects in the combined honors program. One of these will be Women's Studies 020E; with permission of the Chair of Women's Studies, a student who has not taken Women's Studies 020E may be admitted to the program. Students who choose to register in the Faculty of Social Science must include Women's Studies 020E plus two Social Science courses in their first year program. Students selecting a combined honors program require the written permission of both the Chair of Women's Studies and the Chair of the participating Department. Such students will be registered in the Faculty that houses that participating Department. With the permission of the Chair of Women's Studies and the participating Department, a student may count one course cross-listed between Women's Studies and that Department toward the requirements in both fields.
