HONOURS SPECIALIZATION IN POLITICAL SCIENCE

Enrollment in this module is limited. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee that students wishing to transfer into this module will be offered enrollment.
Admission Requirements
Completion of first-year requirements with no failures. Students must have an average of at least 70% in 3.0 principal courses, including Political Science 1020E plus 2.0 additional courses, with no mark in these principal courses below 60%.

0.5 course: Political Science 2325F/G or acceptable substitute (must be pre-approved by the Department through Special Permission).
0.5 course Political Science 3325F/G or acceptable substitute (must be pre-approved by the Department through Special Permission).
2.0 Political Science designated essay courses (E, F or G) at the 2200 level or above.
3.0 Political Science designated essay course (E, F or G) at the 3000 level or above.
1.0 Political Science designated essay course (E, F or G) at the 4000 level.
Note: Students registered in the Honours Specialization in Political Science may register in 2100-level Political Science courses. These courses may only be used as electives and cannot be counted towards the Honours Specialization in Political Science modular requirements.
