Admission Requirements
Completion of first-year requirements, including 0.5 course from Writing 1000F/G or Writing 1031F/G with a grade of at least 70%; or 0.5 course from Writing 2101F/G, Writing 2111F/G, Writing 2130F/G, or Writing 2131F/G with a grade of at least 65%; or special permission of the Department.

Note: Other courses may be substituted with permission of the Undergraduate Program Director (Writing).
Note: The Minor in Writing Studies may be combined with the Certificate in Professional Communication. The Minor in Writing Studies may not be combined with the Certificate in Writing.
