INTRODUCTION TO LAW: THE INDIVIDUAL AND THE STATE


Taught by Law Faculty members, this introduction to Canadian public law covers legal areas of most relevance to the relationship between the individual and society and to the roles of different governments. Topics may include constitutional law including the Charter, criminal law, aboriginal law, Canadian human rights, and international law.

Antirequisite(s): This course is not open to students currently enrolled in the JD program in the Faculty of Law; Law 2101.
