Sociology 020 or 021E with a mark of 60% or better, the former Sociology 230 or 240E or 270a/b and 271a/b; the former Sociology 231 or Sociology 205a/b and 206a/b; plus at least one of Sociology 232 or the former Sociology 232E, 233 or 234E, 237 or 239; plus two additional senior Sociology courses. Sociology 231 is required in second year. For courses listed a and b, consult the Sociology Department to determine in which term(s) these courses are offered. Three-year students will be admitted to all honors courses below the 400-level. It is expected that Sociology majors will take their principal courses at Western: Sociology 240E or the former Sociology 230, 270a/b, 271a/b, 231.
