COMBINED HONORS IN PHILOSOPHY

Approved Combinations: Anthropology, Classical Studies, Economics, English, Film Studies, French, German, Greek, History, Latin, Linquistics, Media, Information and Technoculture, Political Science, Religious Studies, Russian, Sociology, Spanish, Visual Arts, Comparative Literature and Culture, or Women's Studies.


First Year

One of Philosophy 020E, 021, 022E or 025E is very strongly recommended.


Second Year

Philosophy 200F/G *, 201F/G **, 211F/G. All students are strongly advised to take Philosophy 225F/G and 226F/G as well.
*Students who have taken Philosophy 020E need not take Philosophy 200F/G or 201F/G, though they are strongly advised to do so.
**Students who have taken Philosophy 022E need not take Philosophy 210F/G, or 211F/G, though they are strongly advised to do so.


Third and Fourth Years

At least three Philosophy courses at the 300- or 400-level.


Note

A total of at least six honors Philosophy courses must be completed in second, third and fourth years.
