PHILOSOPHY

Approved Combinations: Anthropology, Classical Studies, Comparative Literature and Culture, Economics, English, Film Studies, French, German, Greek, History, Latin, Linguistics, Media, Information and Technoculture, Political Science, Religious Studies, Russian, Sociology, Spanish, Visual Arts, or Women's Studies. (For "Mathematics" or "Psychology", see "Arts Philosophy" in the FACULTY OF ARTS AND HUMANITIES section.)

These combinations are also available at the affiliated colleges.


First Year

Second Year

* Students who have taken Philosophy 020E need not take Philosophy 200F/G or 201F/G, though they are strongly advised to do so.

Students who have taken Philosophy 022E need not take Philosophy 210F/G or 211F/G, though they are strongly advised to do so.


Third and Fourth Years

At least three Philosophy courses at the 300- or 400-level.


Note

A total of at least six honors Philosophy courses must be completed in second, third and fourth years.
