 (3) MATHEMATICAL AND COMPUTATIONAL METHODS
| Admission Requirements
 A first year program with a mark of at least 60% in Calculus 050a/b plus 051a/b or Applied Mathematics 026, and Physics 020 or 024 or the former 025 as principal courses. Linear Algebra 040a/b is strongly recommended. Students in this program are encouraged to combine their Applied Mathematics with an area of application. With the permission of the Department, the Physics requirement can be replaced by a principal course in another area. Second Year
