The Minor in Film Studies is intended for students who want a rigorous program of film study compatible with potential upgrading to Major and Honors Specialization modules in Film Studies.

Completion of first-year requirements, including Film Studies 020E with a mark of at least 60%.

4.0 courses:

1.5 courses: Film Studies 200F/G, 251E
0.5 course from: Film Studies 258F/G, 158F/G
2.0 additional courses in Film Studies at the 100 level* or above. Other courses may be substituted with permission of the Department.

*No more than 1.0 course at the 100 level may be counted towards the Minor in Film Studies.
