HONORS SPECIALIZATION IN FAMILY STUDIES (INTERDISCIPLINARY)
Admission Requirements
Completion of first-year requirements with no failures. Students must have an average of at least 70% in 3.0 principal courses, including Family Studies 020, Sociology 020 or 021E, plus 1.0 additional course, with no mark in these principal courses below 60%.
Module
2.0 courses: Family Studies 200, 402a/b, 401a/b 1.0 course: Sociology 235 1.0 course from: Psychology 285, Sociology 231 0.5 to 1.0 course from: Psychology 235a/b, 240a/b 4.0 to 4.5 courses (depending on the selection of the above Psychology courses) from: English 133E, 269F/G, History 182a/b, 255E, Human Ecology 343a/b, Psychology 153, 255a/b, Religious Studies 216F/G, 217F/G, 222F/G, Social Work 253E, 282, Sociology 202, 267a/b, 341F/G.
