PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment may be made:

1. through any Canadian financial institution (over the counter or through banking machines, where available). Payment can be made up to and including the due date on your statement of acount. It may take up to two weeks for the payment to be applied to your account. The bottom portion of the first page of your statement of account must accompany payment.
2. by internet banking through major Canadian banks. Add University of Western Ontario-Tuition to your list of bank payments. Your student number is your account for web payments. Enter it exactly as it appears on your statement of account to ensure accurate posting of your payments.
3. by cheque or money order payable to the University of Western Ontario. Payment can be put in the drop box outside of Room 151, Stevenson-Lawson Building or mailed to the University of Western Ontario, Student Financial Services, Room 180, Stevenson-Lawson Building, London, Ontario, N6A 5B8. Please include your name and student number on all cheques or money orders. Do not send cash in the mail.
4. by wire transfer if arranging payment from outside of Canada. Payment can be made in Canadian or U.S. currency from Canadian financial institutions or correspondent banks worldwide.

   Your full name and student number is required on the wire to finalize the transaction. For bank wires, include a $10.00 bank of Montreal wire service charge.

   Note: Students are encouraged to pay early and to use electronic forms of payment where possible. The University is not reponsible for mail service. Payments received after the due date on the statement of account will be assessed a late payment charge and may result in cancellation of the student's courses.
