Second Year
For progression in the honors program each year, students must retain a principal course average of at least 70% and a minimum of 60% in each principal course selected. Subsidiary courses must be passed successfully with an average of at least 60%.
Principal Courses
- A minimum of three full (6 half) to a maximum of four full (8 half) courses in Kinesiology to be selected as follows:
- Two half-courses from Kinesiology 202-219q/r/s/t, Dance 275a/b, 276a/b, 277a/b
- Kinesiology 222a/b, 230a/b, 241a/b
- One half-course to a maximum of three half-courses from Kinesiology 236a/b, 250a/b, 263F/G, 290F/G, 293F/G, 298a/b, Dance 270a/b
- Note: Anatomy & Cell Biology 221 may be substituted for Kinesiology 222a/b with permission of the School of Kinesiology.
Subsidiary Courses
- A minimum of one full-course to a maximum of two full-course equivalents in subjects other than those offered by Kinesiology
- Note: A minimum of a half Statistics course is a pre- or co-requisite to Kin 332a/b (Research Methods).
