MME 202a/b Mechanics of Materials

Stress and strain, Mohr's stress circle, elastic and inelastic material idealizations, behavior of assemblages, shearing force and bending moment, stresses in beams, torsion of shafts.

Prerequisites: ES 022a/b/y, Applied Mathematics 026.
