| Religious Studies 224F/G Christian Perspectives on Work |

An examination of the experience of work in light of Christian convictions regarding the potential and meaning of human life. Topics include: Biblical attitudes toward work, "Callings" and the work ethic, moral agency in capitalist economies, self-interest and love of neighbour, the internal logic of professionalism, unions and human service strikes. |
