Candidates will receive further information and instructions regarding documentation and interviews directly from the faculties.

Applications, the application fee, the Transcript Request Form, and the non-refundable processing fee must be received by OUAC no later than December 1, 2008. Normally, late applications will only be considered by The University of Western Ontario on an exceptional basis. Technological Studies candidates, who may receive a conditional offer on April 2^nd in the year of registration, are required to pay a fee of $175 for a Technological Studies Diagnostic Examination held late in May of that year.

Deadline: All applications, fees, support documentation, and transcripts must be received by the published deadline.
