HONORS SPECIALIZATION IN BIOMATERIALS

Note: No new admissions will be accepted as of January 1, 2008.

Admission Requirements
Completion of first-year requirements with no failures. Students must have an average of at least 70% in 3.0 principal courses selected from the following 4.0 required courses:
The minimum mark in each principal course is 60%.

Module
9.0 courses:

0.5 course: Biochemistry 2280A.
1.0 course: Chemistry 2213A/B, 2223B.
3.5 courses: Physics 2622A/B, 2800, 3809A/B, 4809A/B, 4999E.
4.0 courses from: Applied Mathematics 2813B, Astronomy 2021A/B, Biochemistry 3381A, 3385A, 3386B, Biology 2382B, 2483A, 2581B, Calculus 2302A/B or 2502A/B, 2303A/B or 2503A/B, Chemistry 2211A/B, 2214A/B2272F, 3320A/B, 3364A/B, Medical Biophysics 3302E, 3303E, 3330F/G, 3336F/G, Physics 2101A/B, 2102A/B, 2600A/B, 2900E, 3400A/B, 3808A/B, 4672A/B, 4808A/B, Physiology 2130, 3120, 3140A, or the former 310.
