SPECIALIZATION IN CATHOLIC STUDIES


Admission Requirements

Completion of first-year requirements and at least a 0.5 course in Religious Studies with a mark of at least 60%. Religious Studies 027E is recommended.


Module

9.0 courses:

2.0 courses normally taken in second year: Religious Studies 201F/G, 202F/G, 203F/G, either 205F/G or 218a/b
1.0 course from: Religious Studies 132, 230E
2.0 courses: Religious Studies 204F/G, 242E, 301F/G
0.5 course from: Religious Studies 206F/G, 234F/G, 238F/G, 239F/G
1.0 course from: Religious Studies 247E, or 271F/G and 272F/G
0.5 course: Religious Studies 300F/G (or Philosophy 253E*)
2.0 additional courses in Religious Studies at the 100 level or above*

*Note: If Philosophy 253E is used to meet module requirements, only 1.5 additional Religious Studies courses at the 100 level or above will be required. If both Religious Studies 300F/G and Philosophy 253E are taken, Philosophy 253E may still be counted as a Religious Studies course at the 200 level.
