Admission Requirements

Completion of first-year requirements.


Module

4.0 courses:

2.0 courses in Japanese language at successive levels, e.g., Japanese 030-level to 200-level courses or Japanese 200-level to 300-level courses
1.0 course from International and Comparative Studies 150F/G, 151F/G, 253F/G, 259F/G
1.0 course in Arts or Social Science with Japan content. The course must have international and comparative content and receive prior approval from the Department. The following are pre-approved: Economics 114F/G, 314a/b, History 221E, Political Science 280E, 380E, 383F/G

Note: No more than 1.0 course numbered 100-199 may be included in the 4.0 courses of the module.
