Note: While the honors programs described below (except Classical Studies) are primarily intended for students who have taken OAC Latin or Grade 12U Latin (and, in the case of Honors Classics, OAC Greek or Grade 12U Greek as well), it is possible for students who begin the study of Greek and/or Latin at university to register in these programs provided that they complete additional work under departmental supervision in the summer between first and second years. Full details can be obtained from the Department Chair, whom all students intending to register in any of the honors programs listed below should consult as early as possible in their first year.
