Approved Combinations: Anthropology, Classical Studies, Comparative Literature and Culture, Economics, English, Film Studies, French, German, Greek, History, Latin, Linguistics, Media, Information and Technoculture, Philosophy, Political Science, Religious Studies, Russian, Spanish, Visual Arts, or Women's Studies.

First Year

Sociology 020 or 021E

Second, Third and Fourth Years

The former Sociology 230 or 240E, or 270a/b and 271a/b, 231, 300a/b, 302a/b, 404F/G. One of Sociology 232E, 233, 234E, 237 (or the former 236), or 239. It is expected that students will take these courses at Western. In addition, students in joint honors must take three other half-courses in Sociology. All three half-courses must be at the 200- level or above and at least one must be at the 300-400 level.
