Course Description

Psychology 381F/G Computers and Research in Psychology

Topics include: fundamentals of operating microcomputers, use of statistical packages (e.g., SPSS/PC+), interpretation of computer output from univariate and multivariate statistical analyses.

Antirequisites: Psychology 380F/G or the former Psychology 381E.
Prerequisite: Psychology 283a and registration in honors psychology or permission of the Department.
2 lecture hours, 2 laboratory hours, half course.
