Business Administration 412a/b Managing Rapidly Growing Business

This course explores the key issues and challenges facing CEO's and senior management in organizations that are growing rapidly. Special emphasis is placed on identifying and discussing how highly successful entrepreneurial companies and their management teams create and sustain growth while minimizing the risk of organizational stagnation and decline.
