Political Science 214F/G Law, Politics, and the Judicial Process in Canada

An introduction to political analysis of the Canadian court system and the judicial process. Topics include the rule of law, judicial recruitment, judicial independence, access to judicial power and judicial policy-making.

Antirequisite: The former Political Science 213E.
Prerequisite: One of: Political Science 020E, 103a/b, 132a/b, 133a/b, 146, 246E.
