Concepts and frameworks integral to advanced health assessment and diagnosis in nursing practice are introduced Comprehensive and focused health assessment, incuding history taking, physical assessment and diagnostic reasoning as well as laboratory and diagnostic test selection andinterpretation for the adult client are emphasized, laying the foundation for clinical decison-making from data collection to diagnostic plan of care. |
