The relationship of the human species to the past, present and future biosphere. Human genetics and evolution, population growth, environmental degradation, assessing risks to human health, the future of humankind. |
| Antirequisite: Biology 285b. |
| Prerequisite: Biology 022, 023, 025, or 026, or permission of the Department. |
| 2 lecture hours, 2 laboratory/tutorial hours. |
| Note: This course does not qualify as one of the 5 senior Biology courses for the area of concentration in Biology. It may be used as a Science option. |
