Microbiology and Immunology 361b Laboratory Techniques in Microbiology and Immunology

This course consists of a series of laboratory exercises designed to familiarize students with techniques in immunology, bacterial genetics, virology and molecular biology.

Antirequisites: The former Biology 358a and 359b
Prerequisites: Biology 290a/b, 281b, Microbiology and Immunology 220a, 357a, (formerly Biology 357a), Biochemistry 381a (formerly Biology 381a).
Corequisite: Microbiology and Immunology 360b
5 laboratory hours, half course
Enrolment limited: priority will be given to students who have achieved at least 70% in Microbiology and Immunology 357a (formerly Biology 357a), and Biochemistry 381a (formerly Biology 381a).
